What is Knovas?

Knovas is a search service for your own documents. You send us the text of your documents, and your software can then search them by meaning, not just by exact words. A search for “vacation days” also finds a document that only says “paid holiday”.

Your documents are kept in a private space that no other customer can reach. If you want, you can also decide which of your own users may see which documents.

How it works

  1. Connect. You receive a digital ID (a certificate) that proves to Knovas who you are.
  2. Add documents. Your software sends the text of your documents to Knovas.
  3. Search. Your software asks a question and gets back the best-matching documents.
